Ecoluxury and sustainability

1. To be ‘small’ from the structural point of view and thus avoid massive ‘invasions’ of host environments.

2. To offer luxury products with the highest quality standards and so improving customer services.

3. To develop environmental and social sustainability by :
-biodynamic gardening and stimulate neighbourhood by doing this
-forming staff in new ecotourism
-being an example in 100% off the grid by solar, no CO-emission and water purification program
-all workers involved in project are from Matapalo region


4. To be partners in the management of reserves and parks and local communities
(member in Matapalo Security Council)

5. To be promoters of tourism and environmental sustainability

6. To inform guests about sustainable activities and allow them to observe the results of efforts made in this direction.

7. To ‘export’ similar projects to other areas of their region or to other countries in cooperation with governments, agencies, park commissions, natural reserves or business partners.

8. To promote sustainability in collaboration with schools, universities, etc.
(contacts with Earth University Costa Rica and CTP Matapalo)
